Introduction

DTII belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, transportation, hydropower, chemical and other industries, carrying out truck loading, ship loading, reloading or stacking operations of various bulk material or packaged items at normal temperature. Both single use and combined use are available.It has the characteristics of strong conveying capacity, high conveying efficiency, good conveying quality and low energy consumption, so it is widely used. Belt conveyor designed by Sino Coalition can reach max capacity of 20000t/h, max bandwidth up to 2400mm, and max conveying distance of 10KM. In case of special working environment, if heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, flame retardant and other conditions are required, corresponding protective measures shall be taken.

Belt speed selection mainly follows

·When the conveying capacity is large and the conveyor belt is wide, a higher belt speed should be selected.
·For longer horizontal conveyor belt, higher belt speed shall be selected; The greater the inclination angle of the conveyor belt and the shorter the conveying distance, the lower belt speed should be selected.
